Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for residence at McGrath Towers, applicants must meet the following criteria:


Must be 62 years of age or older or be an individual or family living with a verified disability 
Meet the income limits as outlined under Section 8 guidelines

Be capable of living independently or with appropriate support services
