Who We Are
Church Street Corporation is a senior affordable housing community committed to serving the Keansburg area. Since our founding, our mission has remained simple:
To provide housing opportunities for elderly and handicapped individuals and families of low income in Keansburg, New Jersey.
We operate two housing buildings under the guidelines of Section 8 of the U.S. Housing Act of 1937. Our community is built on compassion, care, and a commitment to creating a home for those who need it most.

Our History
Church Street Corporation was established to meet the growing need for accessible senior housing in Keansburg.
Over the years, we’ve proudly expanded to include two buildings that provide vital housing options for those who qualify.
With a strong foundation in service and community partnership, we continue to prioritize resident well-being while maintaining affordable living in a supportive environment.
